-There's a new menu at Thyme's Square on Hudson, and a bit of renovation to make the main dining room a little more spacious. Mix and match your own pasta and sauce from several choices; try one of the grill selections or seafood oven-roasted with fresh herbs. We liked the creamy, smoky paella. The modestly named flat bread dips are grilled eggplant and rustic white bean puree with roasted garlic. Homemade desserts are wonderful; try Bavarian apple torte.
