The Zagat restaurant guide gave Silks its highest rating. So what do I know? I found it pretentious and overpriced. If you like smothering service, small portions, a delightful English manor setting, and incredible food, this is the place for you. Especially recommended for snobs, the independently wealthy, or sociology students researching American excess.
