With neon lighting, a bold purple and violet color scheme, hard-edged rock lyrics translated into Korean, Seoul Leecci's aim seems to be at a young, urban crowd. The menu is exotic, with sushi, and an array of traditional Korean dishes. We enjoyed AhGoo MaeWoon Tang, monkfish casserole with spicy sauce; BulKoki, thinly sliced beef that's been marinated in a teriyaki based sauce; and HaeMool Pajeon, a crisp pancake of seafood mixed with scallions.
