Nancy Chang serves top-notch Asian cuisine, extending beyond Chinese to a sampling of Japanese, Thai and Polynesian dishes. Set in an old factory building, complete with red brick walls and beamed ceilings, the dining space is comfortable and classy. The wait staff tries hard, but management has failed to give adequate menu training. On four visits, our servers were clueless.
