The Lily Pad is a vegetarian restaurant serving a range of Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese offerings such as beef teriyaki, Vietnamese spring rolls, moo shi chicken, and kung pao shrimp. Don't be fooled by the names, however; the beef, chicken, and fish are imitation. Try the "beef" teriyaki and Vietnamese "chicken" salad. Instead of dessert, sip a dance of the butterfly dream, a delicious mixture of fruit juices, pineapple, and coconut milk.
