You've Got Mail

Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks team up again in this romantic comedy directed by Nora Ephron (who also did Sleepless in Seattle and When Harry Met Sally). Though this remake of the Ernst Lubitsch's consummate, The Shop Around the Corner, is somewhat glib, strong performances by Ryan and Hanks carry the romantic comedy off. Again, we find Ryan and Hanks as potential lovers drawn together by their on-line relationship where they bare all under the security of anonymity.
