You'll be dancing the samba " or at least feeling like you could " at the Naked Fish, where everybody seems to be having a good time. The concept is simple: food is grilled over wood fire; fish is brushed with olive oil and fresh lemon juice only. Arctic char is a winner. Among not-so-naked choices, try roasted Chilean sea bass, grilled swordfish, and pan-seared mahi mahi. Lots of exotic rum drinks, and rich desserts, too.
