For a small restaurant " Chef Sau seats less than 50 " the menu is extensive. Five different soups are offered. From a long list of specials we enjoyed Mandarin ginger shrimp, black peppered beef, imperial Hunan chicken, and Singapore-style rice noodles. Many dishes are offered in two sizes, and at two prices. For those with a small appetite, or those who want to try several different dishes, this is a welcome feature.
