The "Ad Graveyard" features ads that almost made it into our daily newspapers
and magazines but whose sponsors went cold at the last minute. "Ads from the
Crypt" include promos for ABC's The Beatles Reunion ("They said it would
take three more bullets"), Cafe Philadelphia ("It's like Seattle without all
those heroin addicts"), Nike (the infamous Heaven's Gate death photo inscribed
with the infamous "Just Do It"), and the Sacramento Bee's
pimple-breaking "Acne: It's not just for teens anymore."
